The symposium became an exciting day of debate, analysis and agenda setting discussions!

The detailed program is available below.

150 participants from companies in the fashion and apparel industry, public bodies, non-governmental organizations, universities and research institutes contributed with a strong body of collected knowledge and insights and took part in very lively discussions. During five breakout sessions, in-depth discussions were held on:

• The politics of extending producer responsibility: what can we learn from other countries?
• Designing for closed loop systems: a textile design intervention
• Developing post-retail business models

• Influencing post-retail consumer behavior
• Fiber and textile recycling: how can we accelerate a break through?
