On Nov 8th, the EU Strategy Forum for the Baltic Sea Region took place in Stockholm, and one session explored around sustainable fashion and how the Baltic Sea region can take a leading role in developing sustainable textile industry? Dagfinn Høybråten, Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers and Sven-Erik Bucht, the Minister for Rural Affairs, Sweden, started the session which was followed by a discussion panel moderated by Camille Duran from Green Exchange. The participants were Tobias Köhnke (Cellutex, Swerea), Mistra Future Fashion’s Sigrid Barnekow, Eva Karlsson (CEO, Houdini Sportswear) and Felicia Reuterswärd (Sustainability Manager, H&M) who discussed the regional political challenges and opportunities.
