Nov 22nd, media and key stakeholders within design & fashion were invited to the Embassy of Sweden in London where Mistra Future Fashion together with University of the Arts London held a panel discussion and design showcase. The discussion was moderated by Prof. Rebecca Earley (UAL) around circular fashion, the relevance of understanding Speed of materials vs products, and what is required for industry to adopt to a circular design process. Ambassador H.E. Mr. Torbjörn Sohlström hosted the event at the Swedish Residence in London and the panel consisted of Dr. Kate Goldsworthy (UAL), Elin Larsson (Filippa K), Catarina Midby (H&M) and Mistra Future Fashion’s Sigrid Barnekow.
